About This Beer

The Queen of Swords is a semi-sweet, full bodied, rich apple aroma, crisp sparkle Tennessee Cider. This unfiltered medium bodied cider uses a unique bend of apples to bring out fresh ripe apple notes. This cider has a nose of apple blossom honey and fresh sliced apples. A clean and fresh cider, with a light sweetness and a lively finish. The Queen of Swords, part of the Core Series, is made out of fresh pressed apples and organic nutrients to give our customers a natural artisan cider. Always natural and gluten-free. Gypsy Circus uses natural ingredients, fresh pressed apples with an overall natural approach. Gypsy Circus does NOT SULFATES or Artificial ingredients. Gypsy Circus is the most awarded cidery in the Southeast with over 100 awards. Gypsy Circus was named the 2016, 2018 and 2019 Tennessee Cider Producer of the Year.
