About This Beer

Light straw in color. Light haze. Thick creamy head. Notes of clove, banana, and vanilla on the nose. Medium body and soft mouthfeel. Very mild bitterness. Fun Fact: floor malted wheat – traditional method of allowing the grain to germinate before kilning.
