About This Beer

Bourbon barrel aged with dates, figs and raisins for 18 months. Medium heavy body, dark brown, medium carbonation. Heavy oxidized fruit aroma on the nose. A little bit of caramel and vanilla as well. Drinks very similar to a port or dessert wine. Very sweet with a sticky fruit aftertaste. Fun Fact: The first iteration of this beer took 3 years to finish!
