About This Beer

New England style pale ale made with toasted coriander, fresh ginger, and sea salt. This beer utilizes biotrans-fermented coriander and hops, and seeks a balance of fruity, soft, and spicy with a gentle salinity underneath. Brewed every summer in collaboration with the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport. Available in the summer.
