About This Beer

Cali Love Lager is a special shout out to Cherrick. This should have been a scale up, but with various alterations to change the recipe, but keep the spirit! Fermented warm with lager yeast for fruity esters and clean character, then lagered it finishes crisp and smooth. Rich malt bill of 2-Row, chocolate rye, CaraRed, and CaraAmber delivers notes of toasted bread and balanced by the rustic bitterness of Northern Brewer hops.
