About This Beer

This Double IPA is inspired by more of a West Coast IPA with our own touch. We decided to mimic the classic water profile from Chico California which helps bring out more of the dry/resinous qualities of the Simcoe, Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hops. But to keep it from being overly dry/bitter we divided the hop additions up into 15 smaller additions instead of the classic 3-5 larger additions. The result is this clean crisp fragrant DIPA that goes down smooth.
