About This Beer

Our Collaboration beer. We created an amazing beer for our friends La Familia Mexican Restaurant with the help of Cottage Small Coffee Roasters of Carthage. We designed a white milk Stout with all of the roast character of a stout. We pushed the limits for this beer. Golden Stout with huge additions of Ecuadorian Cocoa Nibs, Star Anise and Mexican coffee beans for that robust stout flavor. Vanilla, Lactose, Honey all come together for this rich decadent Stout which pay tribute to that wonderful Tres Leches dessert!
