About This Beer

This beer has the flavor and aroma of a west coast IPA with a much darker color, and a hint of roastiness. Floral and citrus aromas are derived from Centennial hops that give this beer its name. Our 100th batch brewed! [RETIRED...but, might be making a comeback]
