About This Beer

Special release produced in support of the Kern Park Kross cyclocross event. Cyclocross got it's start in Northern Europe, and that's where this beer originates. Dry, crisp, funky, with notes of lemon, white pepper, and banana from a Northern French yeast strain. QDQA sounds a lot like how you say "squirrel tail" in french (the logo of the bike race), one of the hardest words to pronounce for a native english speaker. Practice saying "Queue d'écureuil" over and over and you'll get it!
