About This Beer
A pale beer fermented cold with Czech lager yeast, and then hopped like an IPA. This beer uses a new hop called Celeste (honeydew, pine), a special high intensity late harvest variant of Cascade called 'deep cut', and Citra for a unique floral and balanced lager treat.
