About This Beer

Hazy IPA made with the assistance of in house developed nonlinear multi variate regression models. No LLMs ('AI') used. After we had about 25 hazy IPAs under our belts on the full scale, we developed models based on hundreds of parameters from each batch and optimized for sales velocity, untappd ratings, and sensory preferences from our panel. The Sentient IPA series was born. For this 7th iteration, we used Belma CGX (strawberry), Garston Farms Motueka, Motueka hyperboost, Citra, and Freestyle Hops Tropical Fusion hop kief. Intense tropical flavors and strawberries and cream notes.
